0356(4)(5)(6) based on staff interviews, after licensor's 5/6/21 visit, center continued to enroll more children and there were not enough staff members to support the number of children that were present. This resulted in children not being cared for in a designated classroom and/or in a mixed age group of children not their same age throughout the day on a regular basis.
